Account and Service Data

VPN27 does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. Providing an email address is optional and is not a condition of account creation. Login credentials are used to verify account identity. Do not include unrelated personal information in your username or support tickets.

To provide subscriptions, verify payments and process refunds, this service handles account identifiers, selected plans, order amounts, payment status, transaction references and data usage. Support ticket contents are used to respond to user requests. Before submitting a troubleshooting screenshot, hide passwords, login credentials and full subscription links.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling

VPN27 does not record which websites users visit, or store browsing history, destination URLs, DNS query history or transmission contents. It does not create activity logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.

Temporary session state needed to establish a connection is used only while the connection is being handled and is released when the connection ends; it is not retained as a persistent connection log. This service does not persistently store connection records linking an account to its destinations. Aggregate usage data used for plan metering and account status are service data and do not include details of websites visited.

Necessary security records generated by website visits and account logins are handled separately from the network activity logs described above. They are used only to identify unusual requests, protect account security and troubleshoot website issues, not to track browsing activity during subscription connections.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and how visitors use entry points, so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to website interactions and do not collect content from other websites accessed through subscription routes. Usernames, passwords and subscription credentials are not sent as analytics event data.

Cookies, session storage and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences and preserve necessary interface state. Login credentials stored in a browser should be treated as sensitive information. Clearing site data may sign you out and reset preferences. After using a shared device, sign out and clear the relevant data.

Payments and Necessary Data Sharing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party channel or transaction network. VPN27 updates order status based on payment confirmations and does not ask users for payment account passwords. Third parties may handle transaction information under their own rules; transaction records on public networks may also remain publicly accessible.

VPN27 does not sell personal data. When data must be shared to complete a payment, provide necessary technical support or meet applicable legal obligations, only information required for that purpose is shared. Data independently handled by third parties is not directly controlled by this service; users should also review the applicable third-party policies.

Retention and Data Deletion Requests

Account and subscription data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. Order, refund and dispute records are retained as required for service delivery, settlement and applicable legal obligations. Necessary security records are deleted or de-identified once troubleshooting or security purposes have been fulfilled; they are not kept indefinitely. As data is handled for different purposes, this policy does not set a single retention period.

Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account data through a user panel ticket. Account control must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may affect login, subscription delivery and access to past orders. Information that must be retained by law or to resolve an open dispute will be restricted to that purpose and handled once the basis for retention no longer applies. Users are responsible for clearing local browser data.

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the month of the last update at the top will be revised. Significant changes to processing purposes or data scope will be explained through an on-site notice. Where separate consent is required by law, it will be handled as applicable.
