Services and Scope

VPN27 provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, covering 90+ countries / 180+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients, subscription management, and support tickets are handled through the user panel. Using this service does not grant an account, content license, or paid entitlement for any target website or app.

Whether a route suits a particular use depends on the local network, device settings, and the target platform’s rules. Users should check access requirements for their location and the target service before use. The service does not guarantee continued access to any particular platform or replace authorization from that platform.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Users must keep their password, subscription link, and login credentials secure. Accounts and subscriptions must not be shared with others, resold, or rented, and the service must not be used to provide commercial access to third parties. There is no device limit for the account holder’s own devices; this does not permit multiple people to share an account. Data used by each device counts toward the associated plan.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB; usage continues until the data is exhausted, and the data never expires. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to their conduct, as well as the target platform’s terms of service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing illegal content, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized system access, or collecting other people’s information.

Users must not disrupt route operations, interfere with other users’ normal connections, or damage infrastructure. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should promptly change their password, reset their subscription, and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Connections may be interrupted, speeds may vary, or some features may become unavailable due to maintenance, route changes, carrier network changes, device failures, or target platform policies. VPN27 will address service issues through troubleshooting, route adjustments, or other measures, and, where necessary, provide updates on the impact and progress on the site or in the user panel.

Quantum encryption is a connection protection measure; it does not replace device security, account protection, or data backups. Changes to target platform content, account reviews, and restrictions are determined by that platform. Liability will be determined under applicable law and based on the facts of the case. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Refund Requests and Processing

A full refund for any reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Submit a request through the user panel support ticket, state that you want a refund, and provide the relevant order information so the payment can be verified. No explanation for dissatisfaction is required. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

VPN27 will verify the request and payment records, then provide updates on the processing and refund arrangements in the support ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel; no unconfirmed arrival timeframe is promised. The status of subscription benefits and the account after a refund will be explained during processing. Other rights provided by law are not limited by these terms.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or other material violations of these terms, VPN27 may take necessary measures, including restricting related connections or suspending or terminating an account, and will explain the reason where practicable. Users may raise an objection through a support ticket. Outstanding orders and refund requests will be handled under these terms and applicable law, and are not automatically canceled when an account is terminated.

Revisions to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes affecting users’ material rights and obligations will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce benefits under orders that have already taken effect. If you have questions or do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and submit a request through a support ticket.
