Prices shown use each plan’s own billing method; data package prices aren’t converted to monthly rates. Before placing an order, double-check the plan name, price, and data allowance in the user panel.

Choose a billing type

Monthly plans suit continuous use; data packages suit irregular schedules. The main differences are data allowance and validity rules, not the number of devices.

Monthly plan · resets on activation date

Monthly data resets on the activation date, not on a shared calendar-month schedule. Mid-cycle upgrade price differences are prorated against the remaining days. Check the change details in the panel before proceeding.

Light everyday browsing

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9 /month

For browsing websites, looking up written information, and occasional use of AI tools. Start by assessing your actual usage; text interactions and video downloads don’t use the same amount of data.

  • Includes 60GB of data
  • Resets monthly on activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refunds, no questions asked

Keep file downloads and background sync in mind: they use plan data too and can change a light usage pattern.

Choose This Plan
Regular work and study

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18 /month

For frequent research, online collaboration, and video-based learning. The larger allowance gives you more room than the light-use plan, but check your usage history in the panel instead of relying on a plan’s suggested use case.

  • Includes 250GB of data
  • Resets monthly on activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refunds, no questions asked

All your devices share the plan’s data allowance. When using a computer and other devices at the same time, check your account’s total usage—not just the amount shown in one client.

Choose This Plan
Higher data needs

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28 /month

For frequent video streaming, developer resource downloads, and use across multiple devices. The larger allowance accommodates more data transfer; it doesn’t change what content a platform makes available or guarantee a particular speed.

  • Includes 500GB of data
  • Resets monthly on activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day refunds, no questions asked

Large downloads, cloud sync, and video quality still affect usage. Each plan has a set data allowance, so it isn’t unlimited.

Choose This Plan

Check the reset rules before comparing allowances. If you use the service every day, start by comparing monthly plans. For occasional use, look at data packages. VPN27 doesn’t convert data into video hours or chat counts because quality settings, attachments, background tasks, and each service’s implementation all affect actual usage.

Included with every plan

These features are shared across all plans. Platform account requirements, content rights, and regional rules are determined by the relevant platforms, regardless of plan allowance or validity.

90+ countries / 180+ routes

International route coverage

Choose a route based on your destination and local network; distance alone doesn’t determine connection quality. Check the route types on the server page, then test sign-in, page loading, and sustained transfers on the websites you use most.

Unlimited devices

Use across devices

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Devices share the data allowance, and adding another device won’t increase it. Get clients from the user panel; check the panel for iOS access requirements.

Quantum encryption

Connection and usage considerations

Quantum encryption is a security claim made by VPN27; it should not be taken as a substitute for platform account permissions or device security. When using AI tools or streaming services, follow the relevant platform’s service scope, account requirements, and content licensing rules.

How to choose the right allowance

Start by grouping your usual tasks into browsing and text, video streaming, file transfers, and background sync, then use the data records in the user panel to guide your choice. Text-based AI chats may seem light, but uploading attachments, downloading generated content, and fetching developer dependencies can use different amounts of data. Which apps your client routes through the service also affects what counts toward your plan.

If you only access international websites occasionally, keeping unused data may suit you better than a fixed reset schedule. If you rely on international routes for work every day, a monthly plan’s reset rules may be easier to manage. Unlimited devices means there’s no device cap; it doesn’t change your data allowance or give each device a separate allowance.

What to check before upgrading

If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before submitting the change, check the target plan, remaining time shown in the panel, and amount due. Don’t assume an upgrade adds a full month of data. For questions about switching plans or how a data package interacts with an existing subscription, read the panel prompts first. If they’re unclear, confirm through a support ticket before proceeding.

Payment methods and order confirmation

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted. Choose a payment method at checkout in the user panel, and check the order total and plan details before paying.

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Choose a plan to continue to checkout

Select “Choose This Plan” on a plan card to open the user panel, then confirm the plan you want. Existing users can sign in. New users can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Keep your login details safe so you can access order history and subscriptions later.

Confirm the plan name, data allowance, billing type, and price before choosing Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT and following the checkout instructions. For USDT, use the payment details shown on the current checkout page. Don’t rely on payment information forwarded by someone else or shown in an old screenshot.

Check your order and subscription status after payment

After paying, return to the user panel and check the order status, then confirm your plan and subscription details. Don’t assume the plan is active just because the payment page closed, and don’t submit the same payment again if the status hasn’t updated yet. If the payment record and order status don’t match, open a support ticket with the order details and a redacted payment receipt, and explain what happened.

Get clients and subscription details from the user panel. This page doesn’t provide direct download links or live subscription URLs. After connecting, test the websites and tools you use most, then gradually enable the apps you need for everyday work. See the Quick Start Guide for setup and verification steps.

Refund policy

60-day refunds, no questions asked

See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details.

Read the Terms of Service

When choosing a plan, compare the refund policy alongside price and data rules. To see whether the connection meets your needs, test it in your everyday setup: check that your usual devices can import the subscription, that you can sign in to the services you use, and that access stays reliable during real work. A single page load won’t reflect every use case.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and specify the order and that you’re requesting a refund. Track progress through the ticket and see the Terms of Service for eligibility details. No payout timeline is stated here, as processing times may vary by payment provider.

Don’t include your account password, full subscription link, or other access credentials in your request. If you’re also having connection issues, you can include the platform and what happened to help distinguish troubleshooting from your refund request. Resolving a connection issue isn’t a prerequisite for requesting a refund.

Billing and refund FAQs

These answers cover the prices and rules on this page. For connection and account questions, visit the Help Center .

How much do VPN27 plans cost?
From ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month for 250GB; ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages cost ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Use the data until it runs out; it never expires. Monthly plans and data packages have different validity rules, so check the billing type before confirming your order.
How many devices can I use with one account?
There’s no device limit. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. All devices share the data allowance on your plan, so adding devices won’t increase it. Remember to account for downloads, video, and background sync in your total usage.
What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
Refunds are available within 60 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, specifying the order in question. Don’t include your account password or subscription link. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details; track your request through the ticket.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted. Choose a plan in the user panel, check the order total and payment method, then follow the checkout instructions. After payment, return to your order history to confirm its status. If it doesn’t match your payment record, submit the relevant order details through a support ticket.
When does monthly data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. The activation date isn’t tied to the start of a calendar month. Before changing plans, check the new data allowance and remaining time in the panel; an upgrade doesn’t add a full new billing period.
Do data packages expire or get refilled each month?
Data packages never expire and remain available until used up; they don’t reset monthly. They suit occasional or irregular use when you want to keep unused data. If you use a lot of data consistently, compare them with monthly plans and choose based on your usage—not just the total allowance.
